Housing and Relocation
Graduate Student Housing and Relocation Services

This site has been developed as a service to prospective graduate students who are relocating to the Baltimore/Washington area and to continuing students searching for new housing options or roommates. It is essentially a collection of contact information that provides an overview of the wide array of housing options that are available near our Baltimore campus and graduate centers in Timonium and Columbia. An on-line roommate matching service is also included. Loyola currently offers no on-campus housing options to graduate students unless they are serving as graduate resident coordinators in the undergraduate housing programs (see graduate assistantships). We invite you to check this site often as new links are added regularly.

The Baltimore (Evergreen) campus and Timonium Graduate Center are located only 8 miles apart. The Columbia Graduate Center is equidistant from Downtown Baltimore and the Washington, DC. Directions to and transportation services are listed at the bottom of this page.

Off-campus Housing Registry:

Loyola offers an off-campus housing registry to assist graduate students with their search for rentals near each of our campuses and graduate centers. First-time users who do not have a loyola.edu e-mail address are first required to obtain a temporary login. Further information regarding this service, can be obtained through the Office of Residence Life at 410-617-5081.
